Richard Vincent "Rick" Mercer OC (born October 17, 1969) is a Canadian comedian, television personality, political satirist and author. Richard "Rick" Kale Mercer also known as Wraith is the main protagonist and anti-hero of of Danny Phantom: Wraith, the second series in the Danny Phantom universe. Mercer was born in St. John's, Newfoundland and raised in Middle Cove. It was co-founded by Rick Mercer, a Canadian satirist, and Belinda Stronach, a former Canadian Member of Parliament and philanthropist.
