The delivery was impressive, fast and on time! Not cheap but top quality and classic designs that will never go out of fashion. My satchel arrived safely and when I opened it up it was stunningly beautiful! The CEO of the company barely talked to us or said hello to staff, got the sense she really doesn't care.
